These people are so nice !! Calling last minute before they closed they said come on in !! Dr D and the ladies at the front desk are so kind ,and professional. Got the metal out of my my son's eye quick and painless! Their kindness is so appreciated!! 10 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

My daughter and I both had new client appointments this week and were very pleased! Each stage of the process was easy and thorough and we felt well taken care of for the entire appointment. I also got some new recommendations from the doctor I had not received at other places in the past. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this office! We will definitely be back in the future :)

Excellent location with a very understanding and kind staff. I also love that they have an optical shop on-site, so I can conveniently get my glasses there instead of having to go somewhere else.

Our experience today at Great Eye Doctor in Burleson was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The lady who brought us back and completed the initial testing with my children was truly amazing. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to work with children. My daughter was a little intimidated by all of the equipment and procedures at first, but she handled everything so gently and calmly that neither of my kids shed a single tear. She made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and comfortable. The doctor (I believe she may have been filling in today—unfortunately I didn’t catch names) was equally incredible. She was kind, informative, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You could tell she genuinely cared and was wonderful with children. This experience completely changed our perspective after a difficult experience elsewhere in the past, where we unfortunately felt rushed and unsupported. The level of patience, professionalism, and care we received here was on a completely different level. My husband also comes here, so I can confidently say this office has been wonderful for our entire family. I highly recommend them for both children and adults. One of the best decisions we made was switching to this office. Thank you all for making such a positive experience for our family—we truly appreciate everything you do!

The BEST!!!!!! I live in Fort Worth and every office I called gave me scam/ money hungry vibes. I called this office and the receptionist was kind and answered my questions. I then met with Dr. DeJernett and he was amazing! I’ve never liked going to get my eye exams, but I can honestly say I’m not dreading it anymore. Thank you!

My 1st time with this facility and the service was great! No extremely long wait, and each staff was able to tell me what each test meant. I truly appreciate Dr D! We both went to the same LASIK Dr years prior and I think it’s pretty cool how he makes his patients feel comfortable and explains in great detail.

From the front staff to Dr. DeJernett, everyone was so kind and respectful. I came in for an eye emergency appointment and felt heard and that my eye problem was handled appropriately. I will continue to come to this practice for all my eye needs and updated glasses prescription.

This office is amazing! Always helpful and very kind! And I love my dentist, Dr. Dejernett! He is so thorough in fixing whatever needs to be fixed and he is kind while doing it!

I switched my eye dr to this one in Burleson & I’m glad I did. Not only did they give me great options in glasses & contacts but the staff & my dr are super friendly & kind. Always look happy & smiling. Highly recommend.
